Chapter 785 Nelson's Trump Card

"A spaceship!"

This ship stunned everyone on the battlefield, whether enemies or allies. Not a single of them could hide the shock in their eyes, of course, except the spirits. No one actually saw a spaceship before, while Alex also only visited a spaceship once. And he thought this world only had one place that had a spaceship, which was the dock within the Special Realm in the Sacred Continent where the three extraterrestrial races were trapped.

Even the contracted beasts were surprised at this since they never saw something like this before. The concept was the same as the flying ship of this world, but it was made of metal instead of wood. To bring such a ship alone would require a huge amount of Spiritual Energy, and yet this time, they used metal that was far weightier than the wood, with very large size to boot.

No one could comprehend how such a thing appeared in the sky. However, the moment they saw the four people standing on top of the ship, many people recognized what was going on, albeit different people had different focuses.

The first one came from Rose, Letizia, and Sherry. They recognized Nelson's figure as one of the Spirit Nest's members. Yet, they still couldn't comprehend why that person would bring such a ship to this place, and they had sealed the entrance to boot.

The second person who was utterly in shock was Song Hun, the current Grand Elder of the Blackwade Clan, Song Jiaoren's grandfather. He might not be one of the people standing up against races like them, but he had heard their tale. After all, the one that sacrificed himself as the leader who sealed these three races was his own grandfather.

"How?!" Song Hun glanced at Alex and flew toward him. "Alexander Sirius. Why would you—"

Alex took a glimpse of his expression and sighed. "I know the history behind this race. They only want to return to their home, and I agree with it. Well, my subordinate wants them to help us, and here they are. Don't worry. I will take responsibility if they are hostile to this world even if I need to kill them myself."

"Still…"

"I know, but did they attack you first or did you attack them first? I believe it was the latter, but I don't know whether you have it in your record or not. Well, I am not sure about them coming, but I will take responsibility later." Alex patted his shoulder.

Song Hun gritted his teeth and clenched his fists. "Only this time. If they don't leave immediately from here, I will kill them even if I need to pass you."

"It's fine. You won't be the first one to expel them from this world. I will."

"I understand." Song Hun let out a long sigh before going back to his position.

Alex then glanced at Aileen and asked. "Can you make a Spatial Gate for them? Do you need my help to make it wider?"

"No need. Since you want them, I will bring them in." She waved her hand before glancing at two people, asking them to follow her. It was Ryuu and Maya.

They then flew toward the barrier close to the spaceship and positioned themselves like a triangle. Aileen took the middle top, Ryuu took the bottom left, while Maya took the bottom right.

They clapped their hands simultaneously before a gate slowly formed and turned into an enormous triangle gate. Another portal then formed outside the barrier, leading the spaceship inside.

At this time, Leo had finally regained his bearing and shouted. "Not good. Attack those three. We can't let another enemy come!"

His shout reverberated in everyone's ears, raising a sense of crisis not only to the Fire God Clan but also to the Freedom Sect.

"We need to protect them," Licht commanded as the eight Great Elders appeared in front of Aileen and her two disciples.

"Attack!"

More than ten thousand people attacked this colossal portal at the same time, trying to destroy this attack or hit the ship outside.

The eight Great Elders prepared to erect a barrier to hold these attacks, but suddenly a staff came through the gate. It had a silver handle without any decoration. However, the peculiar thing was its head. It had a small red bead as the center. Although it was only a thumb-sized bead, the power it contained was nothing but extraordinary.

Kai, of course, recognized this bead and laughed.

The staff suddenly stopped and created a huge translucent barrier in front of them.

"Boom Boom Boom!"

Those ten thousand attacks rained this barrier with its might. The sound produced by the attacks was loud and created a powerful shock wave. And yet, when the wind blew the smoke away, they found the barrier was still intact, even though some cracks were visible.

"Thank you for the thought, but I believe we should be protecting ourselves. And also, thank you for creating this portal for us." The deep pacifying tone echoed before the barrier slowly turned into blue lines that covered the whole area. The staff then absorbed those blue lines before flying back to the skeleton's hand.

As soon as they turned around, they saw the ship slowly enter the battlefield. And those four people flew past them and headed to Alex.

"Master. I am sorry for taking this long." Nelson kneeled on one knee. "And I apologize for leaving your side for too long."

"You were like this in my previous life, right? You always sneaked outside and proceeded with your own plan in the dark to help me. You were just a bit unlucky because Anya recognized your plan and had no choice to talk about it, especially since we are in this world… You can't really leave my side without telling a single person anyway. And Anya needed to tell me about this because I forced her…" Alex sighed.

"I am really sorry."

"Still…" Alex smiled, bent down to help Nelson up, and patted his shoulders a few times. "Thank you for doing all this. I am sure it was hard for you."

"The effort was nothing. I also wanted to apologize because I took out many materials from the Inventory…" Nelson looked down.

"Yes. We have many materials inside our storehouse, but it is not enough for everyone. Considering our skill has grown rusty due to the passing time, Nelson's offer was something that we couldn't reject. He would provide us with many materials, and we shall hone our skills back to create a huge amount of armor and weapons, including our battlefield.

"In other words, the three of us will fight alongside you today. The Dwarves have made good weapons and armors for the Beastmen to attack them. And, of course, they have been strengthened by the Undead as they will also be the support in this battle. After this war ends, we shall give all the armors and weapons to you since they have lost their purpose. We are peace-loving races after all." The dwarf leader laughed.

"Haha… Since this is coming from the Dwarves, there is no way I can reject such an item. Besides, Nelson was truly doing me a favor. Not only can I get rid of those materials that I won't use, but it also turned beautifully into powerful objects." Alex smiled gently. "How about the ship? It's powerful, but can they withstand many attacks? I am afraid it will have a hard time if all those people attack it at once."

"There is nothing that can destroy it in this world. Because of the powerful materials, design, and runes, it became a powerful rank 8 artifact, only got upgraded once more with the blood stone, resulting in it becoming a Divine Artifact. I believe we won't have a problem returning to our homeland." The Undead King nodded.

"That's good. In that case, our beastmen can fight in the frontline without worry. To fight for our benefactor for one last time, we are honored." The Beast King laughed before looking up and roaring.

This roar was even stronger than those coming from the leaders.

The people were in utter shock once again when they saw Alex having a nice conversation with those people. They had never seen anything like this, not even in their wildest dream.

All leaders needed to regroup with Alex, wondering what he wanted to do.

Alex looked at their expression that demanded an explanation. He observed the scared expressions of almost everyone on the battlefield, but it turned out it affected the allies as well. A surprise attack wouldn't be possible at this point, so he scratched his head in frustration.

"Argh! I never added this to my plan since I wanted to use it in the middle of the battle because no one would think more than they needed to in the middle of the war, but…" Alex took a deep breath and asked. "Never mind. What I want to ask is who wants to side with these people?"

Song Hun and Song Ping obviously looked away. With their past grudge, they could endure the fact they were fighting alongside them, but they would never accept to work together. As for Manness, he was a shrewd guy, so he wouldn't have an unknown race to be beside him.

As for the Freedom Sect, they had no choice to accept. Luckily, they didn't have prior experience with these guys except the one from the record.

Alex thought for a moment and said, "I am going to lead them then. Do the three of you have an objection?"

The three in his mouth were none other than the three races' leaders. They shook their heads without hesitation. "No. To fight under you is an honor for us. However, we won't fight any enemies who have surrendered."

"Fine by me. Although it's already too late to take advantage of this situation, we can still take advantage of their fear. Besides, the traps have been disarmed, we will use that confusion to get the first strike. Drunken Pavilion will hold the Snow White Mountain back. Blackwade Clan will handle the mercenaries and eliminate them thoroughly and help the Drunken Pavilion. As for the Freedom Sect, you are going to target those powerful guys and their leader. These guys and I will penetrate their ranks and kill all their important people." Alex explained his plan.

They thought for a moment and nodded their heads. "Since that is the case, we will assume our position. Please give a signal, so we can advance together."

Alex nodded, watching these people fly toward their own posts.

"Great Elder Licht. After dealing with these two influences, you are the one who needs to clean up the Snow White Mountain. None of us will intervene even further. And I want you to not enslave or r.a.p.e them, but just kill them." Alex glared coldly at Licht.

Licht obviously understood his intention. He nodded with a solemn expression. "This Licht will guarantee you that they will die painlessly. I won't torture them like such. Even if I found my own disciple to do such a thing, I will be the one who cut him down."

"Alright. Since everything has been resolved, it's time to start." Alex nodded. He scanned all the leaders to check their condition before he raised his hand, shot a fireball to the sky, and had it explode.

"Boom!"

This explosion indeed woke everyone up, whether they were enemies and allies. Even Leo, who couldn't believe Alex had a connection with them, had no choice other than treating him as a monster with so many personal connections.

"Men, on me!" Alex, Riadon, Song Hun, and Manness shouted at the same time before entering the city from the air, albeit a bit slowly so the others could catch up.

"Ooh!" Watching how their leaders reacted, they had no time to think and followed behind him.

"Activate the arrays!" Leo shouted and thought. 'Die, you fool!'

Unfortunately, after more than ten seconds, the arrays weren't activated yet, raising the doubt in Leo's heart as he asked out loud. "Where are the arrays?"

"The arrays… The arrays!" One of the Array Masters stumbled upon the array when he checked it and was surprised to see it.

It was at this time, Alex smiled as he shouted. "This is the third time I say it. As I said earlier. You are the one who is going to die."

"Everyone!" Riadon, Song Hun, and Manness shouted out loud while releasing their killing intent. "Kill them all!"
