“My Lord, is it possible to build an extra-large Teleportation Formation, both in the Magical Beasts Realm and in the Wizard Pagoda’s Space?” Master Aaron asked, his brows furrowed tightly. He had thought in silence for a while before making this suggestion.

Even though he specialized in manufacturing equipment, as the unprecedented genius Master Alchemist, he had spent some time studying Magical Formations. With the Magical Beasts Realm and the whole of the Wizard Pagoda’s Space as support, it wouldn’t be too difficult to build an ultra-large Magical Formation, but he didn’t know if it would be of any use.

A large Magical Formation could allow for teleportation over long distances, but Master Aaron had no idea if it could be used to bridge two dimensions!

“That’s not possible. Not only is there a great distance between the two dimensions, there is also the restriction of the Laws of Heaven and Earth. No matter how big the Magical Formation is, it wouldn’t be able to teleport between two dimensions, unless…” Ophilia shot down Master Aaron’s idea in one breath. She was an experienced Battle Angel, and as the saying went, she might not have eaten pork, but she had seen how the pig walked. She knew a lot of general information about many dimensions. After thinking silently for a while, she continued, “Unless, like the Northern Glacier, we build a passageway that links directly to the Wizard Pagoda’s Space!”

Build a dimension passageway?

The others looked at Ophilia in disbelief, shaking their heads subconsciously. Opening a dimensional passage was an extraordinary ability that only Ultimate Experts of legends had. If someone tried to do so without sufficient strength, they might not only fail to open the passage, but cause a huge shock to the Space Turbulence that destroyed the entire dimension as well!

“Since we can use the Teleportation Portal to go to and from the Graveyard of Deities and Demons, why can’t we use the theory of the Teleportation Portal to open a specialized dimensional passage between the Magical Beasts Realm and the Wizard Pagoda?” Unlike Goode and the rest, Yang Ling’s eyes lit up. Building a dimensional passage might be difficult, but with the level of his capabilities now, he might have a chance of succeeding.

“My Lord, in the Atlantis Dimension, I once saw the Family Elder build a dimensional passage. To sum up, there are two main difficulties when building a passage. First, you have to tear open a humungous Space Crack. Second, you have to stabilize the Space Crack and build a teleportation passage that leads where you want to go!” The Golden Roc Mozart, who had transformed into a young man in black clothing, had learned much over his life. After pausing for a while, he continued, “You can count on me to tear the Space Crack open, but as for how to stabilize and build the teleportation passage, I really don’t know!”

Even though he hadn’t recovered his full capabilities, the Wandering Divine Beast still had complete confidence in his strength. Tearing open a Space Crack wouldn’t be much of a problem for him, at least. Unfortunately, he didn’t know much about building teleportation passages. When he had witnessed the Family Elder building a dimensional passage, he was still a mischievous little Golden Roc. He had fun watching the construction, but he had no idea how it all worked.

“Good, Mozart, you’ll be in charge of tearing open the Space Crack. I’ll build the Teleportation Passageway. We’ll do it in two weeks.” Yang Ling made his decision firmly, gave a few instructions, then strode away. He would use the time to study the mysteries of the Teleportation Portal and see if there were any suitable methods in the vastness of Wizardry.

“The Teleportation Portal that provided passage between the Tailun Continent and the Graveyard of Deities and Demons… What’s the difference between it and the commonly seen Teleportation Scrolls?” After returning to the courtyard, Yang Ling quietly studied and tried to understand the mysteries behind the Teleportation Portal. His immense Divine Knowledge transformed into tendrils of spider silk, surging into the Teleportation Portal that was transformed into a bracelet, allowing him to understand the internal workings of the Teleportation Portal bit by bit.

The bracelet had a dark glow moving through it, and the whole thing was a misty grey. On the surface, it looked unassuming. It was cool to the touch, not revealing that it had absorbed the Spiritual Energy of Heaven and Earth in the air, like a piece of jade that had been made by Heaven and Earth. Within the Teleportation Portal, there were tens of thousands of small Crystal Balls, like the many stars in a vast sky, or the grains of sand in a desert. Too many to count.

Every Crystal Ball was spinning without stopping, sometimes towards the left, sometimes towards the right, their movements impossible to track. Yang Ling spent half a day looking at it, unable to find a pattern even though his head was almost dizzy. But, while there seemed to be no regular pattern to the movement of a single Crystal Ball, when he looked at the bigger picture, he discovered that tens of thousands of Crystal Balls crowded together to form various unknown symbols. Sometimes they gathered, and sometimes they separated, as if into many complex micro Teleportation Spell Formations.

“Can it be that these Crystal Balls form a special type of Teleportation Formation?”

Yang Ling took a deep breath, using Wizard Power and Mental Energy to activate the Teleportation Portal, as per normal. He fed his power into them bit by bit, purposely decreasing the speed of activation of the Teleportation Portal. As expected, after absorbing the Wizard Power and Mental Energy, the Crystal Balls within the Teleportation Portal slowly started to gather, forming many complex and mysterious symbols. Unfortunately, even after looking at it for a long time, he still couldn’t comprehend the mysteries within.

Slower, just a bit slower!

Yang Ling sucked in a deep breath, then started over from the beginning, slowing down the speed of activation of the Teleportation Portal even more, carefully feeling the changes in the Crystal Balls. He attempted this repeatedly, each try slower than the last. Teleporting from the courtyard to the Magical Beast Plaza, from the Magical Beast Plaza to the Sallero Harbor… He carefully felt for the changes within the Teleportation Portal every time he teleported to a different place.

One day, two days…

Yang Ling, who was trying to understand the mysteries of the Teleportation Portal in detail, paid no attention to anything else and didn’t notice the passing of time. When he first started, he was unable to catch the patterns behind the changes of the Crystal Balls no matter how hard he tried, and he didn’t understand the mysteries behind every symbol. But, after teleporting back and forth tens of thousands of times, and almost traversing the entire Terras Forest, he finally got a gist of the process.

“Amazing. No wonder the teleportation distance is even longer than the Five Elements Evasion Technique. No wonder one can go back and forth between two dimensions!”

Yang Ling teleported to a distant snow mountain covered in ice all year round, and he looked at the great grass plains that stretched as far as the eye could see, and he heard the whispers of conversation among the farmers from afar. Yang Ling finally had a greater understanding in his heart. Both the Five Elements Evasion Technique and the Teleportation Portal relied on the sense of Divine Knowledge. In other words, there must be a clear and definite set of coordinates, before a large amount of energy could be exhausted to teleport one over.

As a Great Soul Wizard, Yang Ling was confident he could leave a strong enough Soul Seal on both the Magical Beasts Realm and the Wizard Pagoda’s Space. Those would allow him to map clear, defined, and permanent coordinates. After building an ultra-large Spirit Gathering Spell Formation, the energy exhausted for the teleportation shouldn’t be too much of a problem. After all, the Magical Beasts Realm now had numerous mineral veins, and it could manufacture large amounts of high-quality Crystals every day.

Now, the greatest difficulties of building a dimensional passage were how to stabilize the Space Crack they would tear and how to link the Teleportation Formations in the dimensions to join as one!

“Maybe, the Imprisonment Restriction would be a good choice!” After failing to find a better method from the Stele’s records on Wizardry and Restrictions, Yang Ling chose the Imprisonment Restriction. As his Wizard Power and Soul Energy grew explosively, the power of his Restrictions had also grown like a boat on rising waters.

By the time Yang Ling teleported back to Wissen Castle using the Teleportation Portal, it was already the middle of winter, and the weather was getting colder and colder. Two week’s time had long passed. In order to quickly prepare and get ready to practice cultivation in isolation, Yang Ling didn’t delay things any longer. He set up the Great Wizard Altar, put on the Ice-sealing Armor, cast the Ground Guardian, and then layered more than a dozen Restrictions on top of the Restrictions already set up within Wissen Castle, preparing for the worst. He then took action immediately.

“My Lord, be careful of the Space Turbulence that is going to surge out!” The Golden Roc had a grave expression on his face. Even though he was very powerful, he didn’t dare to get careless. After reminding Yang Ling to be prepared, he transformed into his original form, shot up into the sky, and circled in the air a few times. Then he raised his head and let out a long shriek, tearing open a giant Space Crack that was almost a thousand meters wide with one swipe of his claw!

The peaceful sky was suddenly torn apart like a piece of silk cloth, letting out an ear-piercing sound. Immediately after, a gust of cold air burst forth like an erupting volcano, cutting at the armored soldiers nearby like wind blades. Even the Giant Ape King’s heavy armor made from Pure Gold Sand was instantly cut to pieces!

Even more terrifying, the cold air carried traces of a creepy dark gas with it, attacking people’s souls like piercing knives. They swiftly formed the Demon God Battle Formation for defense, but the Corpse Wizard King and Ophilia still felt a shock go through them. Their faces turned pale, and their souls almost scattered in an instant!

The Space Crack was almost a thousand meters wide, and it let everyone experience the deep terror of Space Turbulence!

Whoosh…

The Space Crack was a terrifying sight, with gust after gust of chilly wind pouring out from it, instantly enveloping Yang Ling and his party. The wind spread to their surroundings, fast as lightning. Fortunately, Yang Ling had cast multiple Restrictions in the plaza. If he hadn’t, and the wind and gas ran rampant like floodwaters or a ferocious beast, he feared that his whole Realm would have been completely destroyed!

“My Lord, quick, do it now!”

Looking at the Space Crack that was getting bigger and bigger, as if it could fall apart at any time, the Golden Roc’s pupils contracted. As a Wandering Divine Beast, he was powerful enough to escape through the Space Crack, even if the whole physical dimension were to completely collapse. He would have no problem tearing open an even bigger Space Crack, but if one were to ask him to seal this giant Space Crack, that would be too difficult for him!

If Yang Ling was unable to stabilize the Space Crack, and the surrounding Restrictions were unable to hold off the impact of the Space Turbulence, then the consequences would be too horrible to consider.

This was the power of the Space Turbulence?

Yang Ling felt the Space Turbulence wreaking havoc around him and looked at the badly battered Ground Guardian. It could collapse at any moment, and the Space Crack was getting bigger and bigger. Yang Ling’s expression hardened, and he silently muttered Wizard Mantras and reinforced the Great Wizard Seal. He cast Wizard Mantra after Wizard Mantra, and set up Restriction after Restriction, hoping to stabilize the Space Crack as quickly as possible.

Under the binding power of the Restrictions, the Space Crack slowly and steadily stabilized, no longer spreading out. The outpouring of the chilly wind was also tightly bound within the plaza and didn’t leak out. Even so, just as everyone was heaving a sigh of relief and thinking that the mission would soon be a success, an incident occurred!

Woo…

A sharp, ear-piercing sound suddenly whistled out of the Space Crack, accompanied by a violent burst of earth-shattering and sky-moving energy. With a shrieking sound, a big cloud of dark gas poured forth, like a volcano that had been suppressed for thousands of years before finally exploding, instantly destroying the Restrictions that Yang Ling had spent much effort setting up.

Even though Yang Ling had set up multiple Restrictions in the plaza, a large amount of terrifying energy still escaped from high in the sky, leaking out and spreading rapidly. From afar, a mushroom cloud suddenly appeared in the sky above the Magical Beasts Realm, a dark, oppressive mass. It seemed to be bearing the weight of Mount Taishan, a terrifying sight to behold!

A Space Ion Storm?

Far away, on Fire God Mountain, the God of Fire Raymond, who was as unmoving as a stone sculpture, suddenly opened his eyes. He stretched out his right hand, and a sharp longsword suddenly materialized in his palm, veins of blood rising almost imperceptibly across its hilt. With a cold snort, he flew away, leaving a trail of afterimages in his wake. He disappeared in the blink of an eye.
